Our offer includes brand-new, remanufactured and calibrated valve bodies. Valve bodies are complicated hydraulic distribution boards with a number of close/open and proportional valves, which control the operation of automatic transmissions.

Valve bodies are one of the most important elements in automatic transmissions, controlling them and supplying them with oil at an adequate pressure.

High mileage or contamination with metal filing cause the wear and tear of valve bodies, resulting in a drop in the oil pressure. This, in turn, causes transmissions to slip and jerk when gears are changed. As defects of a valve bodies are one of the most frequent causes of transmission failures, it is extremely important to assess the condition of this element.

Highest level of diagnostics

We replace, remanufacture and calibrate valve bodies using as many as four diagnostic devices. Hydraulic testers enable us to perform numerous tests on valve bodies and valves, including an individual analysis of each single valve as well as all the valves at the same time.

The automated testing process and repeated diagnostic trials result in a high accuracy of tests. We test valve bodies using vacuum and pressure equipment in conditions matching those in operating transmissions. It allows us to test each element of valve bodies and determine whether or not it functions incorrectly and needs to be replaced.
